I play therefore I am, ergo... QED?

A bit about proof

When you do well, there will always be a few people who will think that you are cheating or not playing fair. It happens all the time. But you can guard against this by becoming a proven player!

What does this mean? It simply means that you can demonstrate to the community that you can and have achieved what you claim to have achieved.
  • Video / Ghost (hard proof) - footage of you playing. You can just upload it online. It is indicated by a green tick.
  • Witness (hard proof) - someone saw you playing and it looked like you were pretty good. Of course, that 'someone' has to also be a trusted player. Indicated by a yellow tick.
  • Screenshots (soft proof) - photos of your records. These can be faked, so many people are not happy about this kind of proof. Indicated by a yellow tick.
  • Trusted (soft proof) - if you've already earnt our trust over time. Indicated by a yellow tick.
  • None/Unknown (no proof) - you've made some claims and we don't know if you're lying or not. If you're ranked high, or progressing very quickly, or have a few world records... you might want to try sending some proof.
  • Frozen - if we're waiting for you to cooperate, we can freeze your times. The database will automatically reject any new scores from you. We melt you again when we're happy with your response. Indicated by a blue F.
  • Removed - if you lie, cheat, steal or murder, we send you to jail without passing Go. Or we can keep your name on the site just to humiliate you and show the whole world that you're a nasty piece of work. Not recommended.
